Bec and Nat chat with Jen McNeely, founder of She Does the City, about what it means to curate her life even as she curates a publishing platform. We get into shifts in perspective, taking on different roles as we mature and media changes, the negative side of wine mom culture, advocating for mental health and recovery, and simpler ways of being.

Instead of a recipe this week, this is a shout out to @snappersfishmarket which is where I get all of my fish for ceviche (you might remember that recipe from an earlier newsletter). My husband also gets his sushi makings (tuna and salmon) from there so we figured a shout out was in order! If you want to delve into sushi making you need to find yourself a fishmonger who sells sushi grade fish so that no one gets sick from your gorgeous spread - and good sushi grade fish is not an easy find in the west end of Toronto - so thank goodness for Snappers! Give them a follow and tell them Sister On! sent you 🍣
