This week we’re joined by Supernova Momma (otherwise known as Natasha Nelson), an autistic mom blogger who is the parent to two autistic children. She’s got a lot to teach us about neurodiversity, sharing insights and hilarious stories from her life as a veteran, building a business as a neurodivergent parent, and being real at all times.
We also wanted to show some love for Pam Uzzell and her podcast Art Heals All Wounds. Each week, she interviews an artist and talks about their work because she believes that as creative thinkers, artists present us with some of the most compelling visions of ways that our world could work better for everyone. We feel connected to her in our shared love of art and its reframing power.

Banana-free Green Smoothie
I posted a banana-free green smoothie video on TikTok and got the most likes I’ve ever gotten…suggesting to me that people are not feeling bananas!! Too much pandemic banana bread?!
The perfect green smoothie texture is hard to achieve without one - that is just a fact - so I’ve been on the hunt for options. Mango gives a creamy green smoothie texture, almonds as well, and so do hemp seeds! So our Reframeables offering to you: three options for all the kale-loving smoothie drinkers who appreciate variety! Here’s my recent favourite combo ⤵️
Ingredients:
1/2 an apple
1/4 of a lemon, peel on
4 or 5 chunks of frozen or fresh pineapple
A tsp of maple syrup
A good handful of kale
A tbsp of hemp seeds
How to:
Add everything to your blender and then add enough water to cover it all. If pineapple isn’t frozen add a couple of ice cubes. Blend on high and then serve! This recipe makes smoothies for three of us.
