Today we're reframing how we talk about sex with kids with sex-positivity communicator Emily Roach — whose loyal and growing following on TikTok suggest that we're not the only ones looking for this conversation. We talk about creating spaces for judgement-free conversations, healing our own relationship to sex, and ways of speaking about consent. Listen in and we hope you learn some new words — we did!

On Sunday, February 26th Reframeables is going to see the Dis/Mantle exhibit at Spadina Museum and you’re invited! Our free tour is booked for 2:15 p.m. so plan to meet outside the museum at 2:00 p.m. Leave us a note in the comments or send us a message on social media so that we know to be watching for you. We really hope you will join us to see artist Gordon Shadrach’s art on display and then we’ll head over to First and Last Coffee Shop to ponder what we saw—together! We will be doing more of these in-person events in the coming months because we feel it’s important to build community in lots of different ways. Time together is one of them. For our Dear Reframeables who cannot make it we’ll make sure to include you with pictures shared online. So please follow us on Instagram. We don’t want you to miss out!
We laughed out loud and then spent some time reframing the layered wisdom of this tweet. What would it look like to really acknowledge the power that is held in just one letter. It’s a meaning making kind of power. Imagine if we saw that same power in our own words right down to the letter! The saying goes, “Words create worlds” and we’re claiming it.
We love hearing from our listeners! Leave us a voice message, write to the show email, or send us a DM on any of our socials.
If our conversations support you in your own reframing practice, please consider buying our cookbook over on Kofi or joining as a regular supporter over on Patreon, where you get access to bonus episodes! Follow us on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube too.
