Does our relationship with food need reframing? We had a talk with Dr. Michelle May, a former family physician who struggled with disordered eating, about what it means to eat mindfully and how we can cultivate healthier ways of thinking about food. We got into identifying self-care habits that can make us feel better, how to actually change our habits in a way that is lasting, and the origin of our culture's unhealthy attitudes toward food.
Michelle May is the founder of Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs and Training. She’s the author of the Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat book series that teaches mindful eating to help individuals resolve mindless and emotional eating to live the vibrant life they crave. You can follow her on Instagram and Twitter.

I'm one of those on again and off again frustrated dieters. I found this podcast one of the most helpful discussions on eating and food that I have heard or read. Now to try to put it to practice. Thanks for introducing Michelle May to us. Good questions and comments interspersed as well.
So glad it was a useful conversation!
